Following your orientation, you will become a Trial Member. A Trial Member has all the privileges and obligations of a Regular Member, but only for a period of six months. This is to determine if this practice is suitable and amenable to both the Trial Member and the Center.
A Trial Member will receive a monthly calendar of events (Emailed two months in advance) and any other pertinent information.
Orientation consists of:
- Your initial phone call with general information exchanged.
- Reading recommended material.
- Letter of intent from you to the Sensei.
- Orientation interviews take place on Wednesday afternoons at 3pm, followed by joining the Sangha in the regular Wednesday evening sitting meditation from 5:30-7pm.
Following your orientation, you are welcome to join all meditation sessions. You will be provided a calendar of events at your orientation.
